View order overview
Under Orders → Overview you will find a list of all orders. On the left you can see the pickability of the respective order. A green symbol means that all products are in stock and the order can be picked completely. A yellow symbol means that some products are in stock and therefore a partial delivery is possible. If a red symbol is displayed for an order, this means that none of the products contained are completely in stock. If an order has been cancelled or already shipped, the symbol is greyed out.
Using the filter symbol on the right, you can customise the list of orders by filtering them according to their order, payment and delivery status(es) and/or additionally according to their commissionability. To open an order, click on the corresponding order number.
Show all customer orders containing a specific product
If you only want to see orders that contain a certain product, call up the corresponding product and switch to the Orders tab. You will then see all orders containing this product, the quantity, the price and the order, payment and delivery status. On the right side you have the possibility to filter by order, payment and/or delivery status. Click on the order number to return to the respective order.
