The exchange is done similarly to the partial return shipment, except that when the items are deleted, the new items are added at the same time. To do this, click on Add Product in the Positions section. This will add a new line in the list of items. As soon as you click in the Name column, a dropdown menu opens with all your products. Select the desired product and enter the quantity. To save the new position, click on the blue tick on the right. You can then proceed as with the partial return.
