Return Labels
This feature is available for DHL, DHL Express, UPS, Swiss Post, and German Post.
To create a return label, open the relevant order and click on Create return label in the Shipping labels tab.
If you have already configured the return settings for the associated shipping method during setup, these settings will be pre-selected. However, you can adjust them at any time while creating the label. For example, if you are creating a return label for an order from Switzerland, you can choose to include export documents directly with DHL by activating the corresponding option.
In the Packages tab, you can specify which products, if known, and in what quantities should be included in the return. The total package weight is then calculated from their weights.
Once the label is created, you can view it in the Shipping labels tab and can choose to display, download, or send it directly to the customer via the context menu.
Enclosed Return (DHL)
Enclosed returns can be created along with the creation of the shipping label and are billed only when used, unlike regular return labels. To do this, check the Attach return label checkbox in the window for creating shipping labels.
You can enclose the return label with the shipment or send it directly to the customer by email, either immediately or upon request. To send the return label to the customer by email, navigate to the Shipping Labels tab in the order and open the context menu for the corresponding entry by clicking the button on the right. There you will find the option to Send return label to customer.
